ATLANTIS.... MORE INFORMATION

The story of the lost island of Atlantis is recorded by Plato over two thousand years ago. But even in his time it was already an ancient legend going back over nine thousand years. If he is right, the island disappeared about 11-12,000 years ago. These are the facts that Plato has to say about Atlantis:

When the Greek gods divided the earth among themselves, Poseidon, the god of the ocean and waters received the island called Atlantis and settled it with his children from a human woman. The first son of Poseidon was Atlas who was the first king on the island and after whom the island came to be called Atlantis and the ocean surrounding it Atlantic.

When Athens was found in about 9600 Before Crist,
Atlantis was already a developed island with
great constructions, architecture and design,
there werent many habitants even with all this,
But it was a safe and beautiful city.
One day, there was a horrible storm that submerge
all the city... and this is how our city come to an end.
Since that day, nobody has proved that
it really existed, but they have found some evidence
of the existance of Atlantis and at this moment,
they continue searching for more details....


Whatever the theory was, we still thinking that Atlantis is a sank island that we have discovered so far but we must search for more details that prove the theories and explain what really happened.
